“Fuel and Win with Shell” – Sol Belize Promotion
The following are the Terms and Conditions of the ““Fuel and Win with Shell” Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “promotion”), operated by Sol Belize Limited.
These terms and conditions are also referred to as the “Competition Rules” or “rules” herein and/or in various publications relating to the promotion.

1. Promotion Entry Details:
a) How to Enter: Spend BZ$25.00 or more on fuel and you will get one (1) entry form. Write your full name, telephone number on the entry form and drop it in the boxes provided at any participating Shell Service Station, for a chance to win.
b) Eligibility: To participate in this promotion, entrants: (i) must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and (ii) must be a resident of Belize.
Prizes: Entry forms must be submitted by January 04, 2026 at 11:59 pm to be included in the grand prize draw on January 05, 2026. The participants must follow the rules to have a chance to win. All taxes as well as any incidental or other expenses associated with the prizes herein to be awarded, together with all governmental reporting, payment and any other requirements are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Grand Prize: One motorcycle at each participating Shell Service Station.

2. Grand Prize Draw Date - January 5, 2026.
3. Promotion Period: December 9th, 2025 – January 2nd, 2026.
4. Grand Prize winners will be drawn on Monday, January 05th, 2026. Each winner will be contacted by a Sol representative via a phone call on January 7th, 2026. Sol will attempt to call the selected customer three (3) times and if he/she does not answer, Sol will draw for another winner and repeat the process until a grand prize winner is selected.
5. All prizes must be collected at the pick-up location communicated to the selected winner within four (4) days after notification. Should a selected winner fail to claim his/her prize or cannot be located or contacted four (4) days after being selected, Sol reserves the right to select a new winner to replace that previously selected winner who failed to claim his/her prize or who cannot be located or contacted. A valid photo identification such as driver’s license, passport or national identification card must be presented.
6. Sol accepts no responsibility for any incomplete or invalid entry forms, howsoever caused, during the processing of entries and reserves the right to reject incomplete, and invalid (which includes damaged and unreadable) entry forms at its sole discretion.
7. Persons in the following categories are not eligible to participate in this promotion: (a) present employees, directors or agents of Sol or its subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers, service agencies or independent contractors; (b) persons who are involved in the development, production, distribution of materials, or the selection of the winner of this promotion; and (c) persons who are immediate family and who reside in the same household of any of the persons included in any of the above categories.
8. Sol reserves the right to publish the winner’s name without first contacting the winner. Participants agree to Sol’s use of their name, relevant information, and voice and image via photograph or video recording, for promotional activities without any additional compensation.
9. All decisions of Sol with respect to the promotion are final and binding in all respects.
10. The winners may not substitute the prizes for the cash equivalent.
11. Sol reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sol's control impairs the integrity of the promotion as determined by Sol in its sole discretion.
12. Participation in this promotion constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Terms and Conditions. Sol may disqualify any person who, in its sole discretion, it believes has intentionally violated these Official Terms and Conditions.
13. The participants agree to release and hold harmless Sol and its affiliates, subsidiaries and independent contractors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, including advertising agencies and promoters of this promotion, from any and all liability with respect to acceptance, possession or use (or misuse) of the prizes and/or participation in the promotion. In this regard, the winners of this promotion, once selected, may be asked in Sol’s sole discretion to execute a liability waiver in a form to be determined by Sol.
14. Sol makes no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied regarding the promotion.
15. These Official Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Barbados. Each winner must comply with all applicable laws related to possession of their prize. This promotion is void in so far as it is prohibited by the laws of Belize.
